The Longo Toyota Service Center Promise

Longo Toyota has been the No. 1 Toyota dealership worldwide since 1967. We've earned that designation by delivering consistent quality sales and service to our customers. We guarantee you'll receive the care and expert service you deserve when you bring your Toyota to our service center. Our technicians undergo continual training on all the latest Toyota parts and repair practices to maintain their unparalleled expertise.

Service You Can Rely On

Longo Toyota's state-of-the-art service center uses the latest tools and equipment to diagnose and repair any issues you might experience. As for those doing the work, our technicians are factory certified, so you know they’re going to do a great job. In addition, we set up a rotating list of service specials to encourage proper maintenance.

We only use genuine Toyota parts for all our services and repairs because we know they fit perfectly and work the way Toyota intended. Other repair shops might use aftermarket parts, but we know these often don't fit properly or work to Toyota’s exact specifications. As a result, aftermarket parts can fail more quickly and, sometimes, they may not work at all in the first place. You might save a few dollars purchasing aftermarket parts, but if they need to be replaced more often, you don't save money in the long run.

Oil Changes

Regular oil changes are an essential routine procedure that can help maintain your Toyota. Every car is meant to have its oil changed after a set interval. You can find your vehicle's interval in your owner's manual. If you've misplaced your manual, you can contact us, and we'll look it up for you.

Most new Toyotas can run up to 10,000 miles between oil changes due to Toyota's advanced engine technology and model-specific Toyota motor oil. Our service center only uses genuine Toyota oil and filters for every oil change to ensure your vehicle operates at peak performance.

Our service center technicians can quickly provide this service and get you back to your busy life. However, if you enjoy performing oil changes at home, we recommend ordering your oil and filter from us. You can conveniently order online, and we'll have your order ready for pickup when you arrive.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your tires improves safety and prolongs the life of your tires, which saves you money in the long run. Every vehicle experiences different operating loads on its front and rear axles. For example, the front tires on a front-wheel-drive car have steering, traction, and braking responsibilities, while the rear axle only bears traction and braking. The different load distribution leads to uneven wear on your tires. Rotating your tires allows you to spread out the wear evenly.

Tire Replacement

Eventually, your tires wear out. Our tire department has an expansive inventory of Toyota-specific tires ready to install. In addition, we provide every customer with a complimentary tire inspection when they bring their vehicle in for service. If we see a problem, we'll alert you and tell you what it will cost to repair or replace your tires, as well as the time it will take.

Wheel Alignment

Keeping your wheels aligned helps your car drive the way Toyota intended. Your wheels are engineered to fit precisely within your car's steering and suspension systems for optimal performance. Wheels that come out of alignment can cause steering problems, which usually present as a pull to either side when driving straight. You might also feel vibrations through the steering system or hear unusual sounds as you turn your wheels. If these symptoms occur, bring your car in for an inspection. You might have misaligned wheels, or there could be a more complex issue with your steering and suspension.

Battery Service

Your battery plays a critical role in providing the power to start your vehicle. Inevitably, batteries fail after long use, and there's never a good time for this to happen. Rather than finding yourself stranded and needing a jumpstart, we recommend you have your battery tested by our service center technicians. The test takes a few seconds, and if we see your battery no longer holds the proper charge, we can replace it immediately from our extensive battery inventory.

Brake Service

Toyota brake systems use complex mechanical and hydraulic components to bring your car to a safe, controlled stop. Some parts, such as brake pads, are designed to wear out. Other parts, such as your master cylinder, are engineered to last many years and perhaps never fail.

We recommend having your brake system inspected at least every other oil change to ensure safety. Our technicians will inspect your brake pads, rotors, discs, calipers, lines, and fluid. If they see a potential problem, they will provide you with a detailed written explanation, including the cost of repair.

There might be a problem with your vehicle if you hear squeaking or squealing sounds when braking. Such sounds could indicate your brake pads have worn down, exposing the metal pins that are designed to alert you to the problem. Ignoring this could lead to more costly repairs from damage to your rotors or discs. If you experience unusual sounds or any other issues with your brakes, bring your car in immediately and have our professionals diagnose the problem.
